  with a 2-seater couch (extendable to a comfortable bed for 2 persons (width approx. 145 cm), a TV (satellite) and a radio, your own telephone
   

• a dining corner: a table with dining room chairs

  fully equipped for 4 people, including a toaster, hot water cattle and a coffee maker, (most flats also with a micro wave)
   

• a bathroom with a shower and a toilet
   

• a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a 3 door cupboard
  (flat # 2: with 2 singles (90 x 200))
   

• your own terrace or balcony

where are we? 

the holiday flats "Am Sonneneck"
are situated in the Niederfeldstrasse, this being a quiet secondary road and cul-de-sac off the Ruhpolding centre. 

The village (!) centre is only a five minute stroll away.

"Am Sonneneck" is situated in the middle of Mother Nature, approx. 30 mtrs (50 yards) away from the famous Dr. Degener Promenade
 

Only 300 mtr away you will find: 

*  2 good restaurants - open every night

*  Tennis courts hall and field

Ruhpolding, with its 6,500 residents, is a big, enchantingly romantic village in Upper Bavaria, serving up nature at its finest in every season of the year.
